Meta Platform Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of the Meta Platform Data connected to your ElusiveAds/Vindbaar.ai onboarding at any time. Never send us your Facebook password, two-factor authentication code, or access token.

How to request deletion

  1. Remove ElusiveAds/Vindbaar.ai from your Facebook account's Business Integrations settings to revoke future access.
  2. Email info@vindbaar.ai with the subject “Meta data deletion”.
  3. Include the email address and company name used during onboarding so we can verify and locate the correct connection.

What happens next

After verification, we revoke the connection and delete the stored Meta access token and non-mandatory Meta connection data within 30 days. We will email you when the request has been completed. Records that must be retained by law are restricted and kept only for that legal purpose.
